“ Our new favorite local spot! The salsa trio and chips were tasty, especially the bean one. We ordered a margarita flight to share and loved it so much we ordered another to taste more of the margs. The spicy options were our favorite as well as the cucumber marg and the blue margarita (can’t remember the name), but all were good! I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were fantastic. The service was great even though we came towards the end of the night about an hour before closing and they never made us feel rushed. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was also clean and the staff was friendly. The ambiance was great too! We can’t wait to go again. ”

“ "Exceptional" That is the best word I can think of to describe this place. The layout, atmosphere, plateware, restrooms, and especially the food: exceptional. My family stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. There was no wait to seat 4, and Nancy greeted us with a smile and wowed us with her service from beginning to end. She engaged with the adults and my 5 year old with sweet familiarity. Almost like we had been friends for years. While waiting for our food we feasted on the atmosphere. The lighting is subdued but not dark, the furnishings are classy but not presumptuous. We enjoyed the chips and salsa and...beans! Those beans were amazing, and they gave a hint of what was coming. Nancy made sure my son receuved his food first as he was complaining about being hungry. That was a small touch that endeared her to us for the remainder of our visit. We started off with the street corn, and I can safely say it's the juiciests and most flavorful elote we have had in years. We received our entrees shortly after we were done with our corn, and the great experience continued. We ordered chicken enchiladas and the arrachera carne. The meat was seasoned perfectly and was so tender as to nearly melt in the mouth. The enchiladas were stuffed full of chicken and smothered in a wonderfully delicious sauce. We stopped short of finishing out plates because we had to try dessert. We choose the churros with blueberry ice cream. The churros arrived soft and hot with a crispy outside crust. The ice cream was creamy with a standout flavor I have never experienced. It was blueberry, but lacked the synthetic taste you get from a lot of fruit flavored ice creams. It was creamy and a refreshing end to our meal. Mi Chante easily became my family's go-to Mexican restaurant after this one visit. I look forward to what I get to try next. ”
